someone else wanted it to snow...

Maybe I should just sweep. I'll sweep the floor.

I tried to make it snow.
I will be fined.
Just like daddy used to do.
It woke everyone up.
I should just sweep.

These phrases seem unconnected :)

Snow = drug of some kind... perhaps white and powdery

so the backstory is that she wanted to make it "snow" inside her dorm so she grabbed a fire extinguisher and sprayed it...well unfortunately this made a lot of noise there are various stories on this but one is that it made a ton of noise, the other is that when the fire extinguisher went off it set off the buildings fire alarms as well..make a little more sense now?

It makes perfect sense. Especially since not all fire extinguishers have the same creamy filling.
